Guidelines for Brands:

Here are the general guidelines for use of the following Women's Health Award Logos
ALL INTENDED USE REQUIRES APPROVAL
  • Women's Health will only approve and release high-resolution logo artwork once guidelines are met and the appropriate agreements are in place.
  • A mockup of the promotional material is required when submitting your request for approval of seal use. Mockups must feature the correct FPO award logo.
  • A description of intended award logo use is required when uploading your mockup (where, when, and in what context logo will appear, plus estimated impressions or quantities, and if applicable, media spend).
  • For approval of mockups featuring FPO logo, please upload the final file featuring high-resolution artwork to Women's Health Licensing
  • The approval process must be continued: a.) throughout the terms of the purchase agreement; b.) with any revisions to approved materials; and c.) on all new materials.

RESTRICTIONS APPLY
  • Women's Health award logos may only be used with the award-winning product(s) in the winning shade or type.
  • The logo must be featured on or near the winning product.
  • If multiple products are shown, the award logo must be clearly placed with the winning product so that consumers are not misled.

AWARD LOGO SPECS
  • All award logos must include the year in which the award was won.
  • You may change the size of the logos at your discretion.
  • The award logos cannot be translated in any other language. The English version can be used internationally.

AWARD LOGO EXPIRATION
  • Award Logos expire after three years from the time they are awarded. (Please note that licensing fees are paid on an annual basis.)
  • On the dates the Women's Health award logos expire, logo artwork is no longer available for licensing. If a logo's expiration date falls during a brand's one-year term, the brand may continue to use the seal until the term end date listed on the brand's Purchase Agreement.

Web Site / Social Media
  • Includes: Includes single web site and Social media sites including Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn
  • Submit web page / social media page with correct FPO logo artwork for approval.
Unlimited Digital
  • Includes: Multiple URL’s, Banners, Email blasts, Social media Sites, Partner-retailer sites and Web-based media
  • Submit web page(s) / social media page, Email content with correct FPO logo artwork for approval.
Unlimited Print
  • Includes: POS material, Sales collateral, Print ads and Show material
  • Submit mockups of all material with correct FPO logo artwork for approval.
  • If the display features the Women's Health award-winning product alongside other products, logo artwork must be in close proximity to the award-winning product.
Unlimited Print / Digital
  • Includes: everything in the Unlimited Digital Package and everything in the Unlimited Print Package
All Media
  • Includes: Everything in the Unlimited Digital/Print Package, TV and Radio
Product Packaging
  • Includes: on-pack, stickering, and hangtags.
  • Packaging is for up to 250,000 units, additional units require additional licensing fees
  • Product Packaging usage must accompany another Print or Digital usage
  • Once the annual usage agreement expires, units featuring the logo that have already shipped and/or are on-shelves may be sold through; however, you may not produce additional units featuring the logo.
  • If the name of a product is changed or if the packaging is redesigned, you must state this when submitting your application and/or mockups.
Text
  • Submit Women's Health Award text references or copy featuring Women's Health Award Logo references for approval.
  • Any references to product name and categories should be worded as they appear within Pevention.
  • The winning year and type of award are required in text references.
